Daditude Power Sports Inc. provides coaching services for personal development, brotherhood, faith-based support, and powersports education. These services are not intended as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Coaching outcomes are based on each individual's personal effort, discipline, and engagement.

By participating in any Daditude program or coaching session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
  • You understand that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health care.
  • Daditude Power Sports Inc. and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes or injuries resulting from participation.

Spiritual Guidance Notice

Daditude offers mentorship rooted in biblical principles. We do not represent or promote any specific denomination. All teaching is Spirit-led and based on personal conviction and scripture.

2. Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Services Provided

Daditude Power Sports Inc. offers:

  • One-on-one and group coaching
  • Online community access (e.g. Skool)
  • Video content, devotionals, workshops, and tutorials
  • Brotherhood meetups and digital accountability sessions

2. User Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All fees are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before service delivery.
  • No refunds are issued for completed coaching sessions or digital materials unless legally required.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm any community member.
  • Disrupt the spiritual or emotional safety of the group.
  • Use the platform for solicitation or unauthorized promotion.

Violation of these terms may result in removal without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, worksheets, and tools, is the property of Daditude Power Sports Inc. and may not be redistributed or sold without written permission.

3. Privacy Policy

We may collect:

  • Your name, email, and contact details
  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party platforms)
  • Session notes and coaching forms (if voluntarily submitted)
  • Platform analytics (e.g., user engagement)

  • Improve the Daditude experience
  • Send updates, newsletters, and offers (you may unsubscribe anytime)

3. Data Protection

We use Microsoft 365 tools with encrypted protection. No personal data is sold, shared, or stored outside of trusted third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Skool, Sintra).

4. Your Rights

You may request:

  • Access to your data
  • Correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Removal from mailing lists
