To Lead by Legacy means embracing humble responsibility in life. The responsibility is inherited through the most valuable lessons we've learned in life. The lessons come from deliberate experiences orchestrated by our most admired and dedicated mentors in service of a higher purpose.

These great people, all leaders in their own right, conducted themselves so that they exposed these valuable principles to us. It is through this delegation of principles that we honour these people and orchestrate our own enterprises to continue their legacy forward.

Your Enterprise Philosophy

Enterprise: An undertaking; an adoption of responsibility to pursue a given purpose that typically requires strenuous effort.

Philosophy: A particular set or system of beliefs about the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence.

Your Enterprise Philosophy outlines a number of your fundamental beliefs, your Principles, which you inherited through your natural moral compass encountering them through the admirable actions of those around you. Purpose is the natural required precursor to any action, and your highest purpose is always to be of genuine service to others. You are best suited through the gifts of your natural Passions to see the world differently than others - to see a unique driving spirit in them in a greater resolution.

Your Legacy is built by the delegation of your principles. It will be determined by how well you can act out these principles in your life's enterprise.

1. Reflect on Your Principles - Where else have they manifested in your life? What stories could you create to demonstrate them? How can you use these principles to solve the problems in front of you in a more meaningful way?
2. Attune to Purpose - How are you serving your purpose? What do those people need, How can you help them, where can you find them? How can you augment what you already do in a way that serves your purpose as well?
3. Build Relationships - Use this guide to foster deeper relationships and build a team around you that speaks the same language, operates on common Principles and is aligned to the same Purpose.
4. Let the Principles and Purpose lead you, not yourself - This encourages others to stay committed to your enterprise on their own and guides them to lead as you would in your absence.
